Camp Registration Insurance Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide peace of mind and flexibility, we offer an optional Camp Registration Insurance for a non-refundable fee of $30, which entitles participants to a partial refund should they need to cancel their registration.

By purchasing this insurance at the time of registration, participants will be eligible for a refund based on the timing of their cancellation as outlined below:

Refund Tiers:

  • Cancel 14 or More Days Before the Event: Receive a 100% refund, minus a $30 processing fee.

  • Cancel Within 14 Days of the Event: Receive a 75% refund, minus the $30 processing fee.

  • Cancel Within 48 Hours of the Event: Receive a 50% refund, minus the $30 processing fee.

Please note:

  • The $30 insurance fee is non-refundable.

  • Insurance is only valid for the specific event it was purchased with and cannot be transferred to another camp or event.

  • No refunds will be issued without the purchase of the insurance policy.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to camp@elite5050girls.com.

  • All refund timelines are based on the start date of the event.
