Camp Registration Insurance Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide peace of mind and flexibility, we offer an optional Camp Registration Insurance for a non-refundable fee of $30, which entitles participants to a partial refund should they need to cancel their registration.
By purchasing this insurance at the time of registration, participants will be eligible for a refund based on the timing of their cancellation as outlined below:
Refund Tiers:
Cancel 14 or More Days Before the Event: Receive a 100% refund, minus a $30 processing fee.
Cancel Within 14 Days of the Event: Receive a 75% refund, minus the $30 processing fee.
Cancel Within 48 Hours of the Event: Receive a 50% refund, minus the $30 processing fee.
Please note:
The $30 insurance fee is non-refundable.
Insurance is only valid for the specific event it was purchased with and cannot be transferred to another camp or event.
No refunds will be issued without the purchase of the insurance policy.

All refund timelines are based on the start date of the event.
