Camp Registration & Refund Policy

All camp registrations and purchases are non-refundable.

Refund Tiers:

• Cancel 14+ days before the event: 100% refund.

• Cancel within 14 days of the event: 75% refund.

• Cancel within 48 hours of the event: 50% refund.

Please note:

• The $30 insurance fee is non-refundable.

• Insurance is only valid for the specific event it was purchased with and cannot be transferred to another camp or event.

• No refunds will be issued without the purchase of the insurance policy.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to camps@elite5050girls.com.

• All refund timelines are based on the start date of the event.

Camp Registration Insurance (Optional)

For peace of mind, we offer optional Camp Registration Insurance for a non-refundable fee of $30, which entitles you to a refund based on the timing of your cancellation as outlined below. Refunds are only available to participants who purchased this insurance at the time of registration.
